Welcome to Hants and Surrey Fibromyalgia and ME/CFS website.
I wanted to set up a site so everyone could access it, read something that I hope will be helpful and to keep up to date on the support group I set up and run in Guildford, Surrey. It is only through support groups online did I find out what Fibromyalgia was, my Rheumatologist said you have Fibromyalgia, get some sleep and you'll be fine, oh the nurse will give you a leaflet on the way out, that was in 2002, it is now 2012 and I'm worse off than I ever was, mind you ME came and joined Fibromyalgia in 2009!
You will hopefully find some useful information on the conditions, what other conditions your likely to welcome into your life at sometime if its not already with you, read up on medications, vitamins, how to cope, how to talk to family and friends, links to other useful website that I feel will be useful. I will do my best to keep this site updated, but due to ill health it could take a while!
