Plantar fasciitis is a very painful condition, it is worse first thing in the morning, also for me, if I've been sat for too long and get up to walk, then I end up hobbling for a few steps till I'm either used to the pain or its eased off. I have had to buy new shoes, great some would say, but not so great when you've got some great shoes barely worn that you can no longer wear! New shoes will be with padded heels, cannot wear flat shoes neither, so wedges it is. Memory foam slippers are in favour around the house. Off to the Podiatrist over the next month, so will see how they can help, special insoles I guess, bringing me back to my primary years, I'm flat footed and had to have special insoles made and special shoes, this time, I'll go for the insoles!!
Burning Feet. This is a new one for me, worst in the evenings, I have hypothyroidism and burning feet is a symptom of Thyroid problems. Please see Thyroid as testing is unreliable in the UK with those with Fibromyalgia and ME/CFS.
